What is it

Provide mobile advertising (to generate additional orders) and home delivery technology for business owners with their own delivery boys (like restaurants, shop owners) to manage home delivery for their customers. Our mobile app (Optilive) based system allows business owners to post new orders to their delivery boys in the field, track them, and also provide customers with real time tracking of the delivery boys handling their orders. It offers services to all the 3 stakeholders - customers, business owners and delivery boys.
We do not provide any delivery boys; nor do we generate any order for you. Our system only helps you manage your orders and your own delivery boys.

What we offer

For business owners (e.g. restaurants, grocery shops, boutiques, tailors, laundry, repair shops etc.)

• Mobile applications that can be downloaded, installed and configured to enable the following:
   1. Post a new home delivery order that our system will automatically assign it to your delivery boys
   2. If an existing customer places a delivery order by phone, the app automatically displays the customer details in the new order screen. For repeat customers you don't need to manually type their address
   3. Track your delivery boys LIVE on map as they deliver various orders to the customers
   4. Get the location of the customer on map
   5. Get notifications and updates as orders are delivered by the delivery boys
   6. Get summary of all the order details handled by your delivery boys for the day
   7. Get historical data on all orders for a selected date range
   8. Free listing and advertising on tomo mobile advertising platform (Android, iOS)
• Achieve all the above functionality via your laptop/desktop computer (browser based)
• Business owners don't need to worry about calls from customers enquiring about order status. Customers can directly see delivery boy location on map
  

• Get all the new orders assigned to delivery boys via their app
• Get notifications on all newly assigned orders
• Update order status as processed
• Get location details of the business owner and customer; they can call or get driving directions

• Gets notification about new order processed by the business owner and how they can track their order
• Track their order LIVE on map as the delivery boy keeps moving and approaches the customer location

• For business owner - Android phone (optional) OR computer

How to get started for business owners

 1. Choose your plan in costing section above. Choose the number of delivery boys you would want to add to our system, and the number of months. You can try out free for a month. e.g. If you opt for 4 delivery boys and 3 months of paid service (additional 1 month of free service), you need to pay Rs.2400 (4x3x200), but you get 4 months of service.

 2. Provide the payment details and the following for the business owner and the delivery boys via email:
Name, Mobileno, Email, Business name and Address.

 3. Download Optilive from the Google play store, install and provide your business location via email, OR via Inform new location from our different app: tomo menu. Ensure that you send that data while at the exact business location. This step is important to collect data with precision. If possible, enable GSP during this exercise to improve the accuracy.

 4. Once we get all the above information, we will provision your account within 24 hrs and respond enablement of service within 24 hrs. You can start using Optilive delivery service immediately.
